Authentic italian food with a great and knowledgeable staff. Loved the flavor and the Price was very good for the area. The chef made a few recommendeations which was great. hIt was not crowded when I visited, i don't about the weekends. The manager welcomed us at the door. Will def comeback.
MoreWhat sets this place apart is its attention to detail. Good pasta and good sauce is one thing, but the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce is perfectly seasoned. you can tell they didn't put too much heat in the pan, or over season. The chef is very strategic, and anytime I am in the Astoria, I look forward to going. I will say the restaurant can be a little chilly in the winter, and a little hot in the summer.
MorePhenomenal food. You’ll definitely want to save room for dessert, everything was exceptional! Will definitely be back again & again.
MoreJust came for dinner tonight with my girl and another couple and it was so amazing. The bartender Jen was delightful then we sat down and had a wonderful meal. I met the owner who was just a cool Italian dude and he hooked it up. The food was fantastic we will be back. 10/10
MoreSo low key. This place is a hidden gem. The food, pasta, drinks are best. Resonable prices, great portions and the flavors are amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. 😊
MoreMy favorite Italian restaurant in NYC. I have been a customer here since 2016 and it is still my go-to place for Italian food!
MoreThe pasta here is beyond amazing. So fresh and so flavorful!
Loved it ! Good outside terrace, beautifully decorated.Food was very good, well seasoned and portions aren't too big. Fresh ingredients !
MoreRustic Italian restaurant... there’s always something new in the special for entrée and deserts. The price is really good as well. If you live in Astoria, you should definitely go.
MoreOne of, if not the best gnocchi I've had and definitely the best steak I've had in an Italian restaurant. Also, you must try the Nutella tiramisu
MoreDelicious food at Vite Vinosteria Astoria. Due to Covid-19, they have outdoor seating. Most of the tables are covered but there are a few that are in the open sky and good luck if it rains. Their food is delicious. We had Tagliatelle al Nero di Seppia, Tartufata Pizze and a few drinks. That was simply delicious. 5 Stars and will definately come back! The service was great!
MoreHad an incredible date night with my girlfriend at Vite Vinosteria. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel like family; the food and drinks were outstanding; and the atmosphere is rustic and romantic. Highly recommend for a classy night out. The prices are a bit higher that our usual dinner nights, but for a special occasion Vite hits the spot.
MoreReally enjoyed the outdoor seating and simple italian cuisine and some quality time with my babes.
MoreThis place is pretty popular, but you can wait at the bar with some limoncello or wines while waiting for your table. Good has great flavor, especially the octopus. Amazing prosciutto. Great pastas. We also tried the more unconventional duck ravioli. Definitely worth a try sur to the uniqueness, though a bit sweet for my taste.Would come here again.
MoreVite Vinosteria is an amazing and authentic Italian restaurant in Astoria, probably the best.I had a chance to spend some time with Pino, one of the owners, that is a wonderful person that knows how to treat clients. Very welcoming and funny. The food is delicious and fresh. The place takes you back to Italy and don’t forget to check out the restroom to get some Italian lessons.Must go, you won’t be disappointed!!!
MoreConsistently good Italian food and the owner is a fun guy. Usually greets customers and makes them feel at home. Great olive oil, too! Take a bottle home, you won't regret it
MoreBeen there twice. Delicious food & decent prices! My personal meatless favorite options: burrata, gnocci, Tortelloni di Zucca.Tagliatelle al Nero di Seppia taste good as well. Next time will try pizza.
MoreVery cute rustic style restaurant with a romantic vibe, perfect for date nights! The service is a bit slow so just keep that in mind if you're in a rush. They have a cute patio area that you can enjoy nice weather.
MoreIm not a huge fan of italian food, but my family is. We all enjoyed a wonderful time here. It was a late Sunday afternoon so the place was not packed but the brunch menu was still available. The pasta were truly delicious, and the bread basket was great. We had the tiramisu and a strudel wich were a delicious accompaniment to their coffee choices. All in all, I would recommend the place for their professional staff, ambience and good food!
MoreAmazing food and service! Very cozy ambiance, perfect for date night. On the smaller side so do not recommend for large groups.
MoreMy first time at this place and must say the experience was Awesome! The customer service was great they were very attentive as a whole and the food was tasty! Would definitely recommend :)
MoreMy favorite Italian restaurant in Astoria, possibly in the city. Well-executed, flavorful pasta dishes, perfect gnocchi, perfect meatballs, great salads. Yet to try the pizza but I'm sure it's fantastic. I really love the ambience of the place. Prices are reasonable given the quality of the dishes. Staff is awesome and friendly, and the owner seems like a really nice guy. Don't skip the tiramisu here-- it is wonderful.
MoreAll the food we had was good. The chicken thigh entree is wonderful - happy the chef didn't automatically go for a breast. The staff was very hard working, but seemed to be a bare bones crew.
MoreVite Vinosteria is a very nice Italian restaurant in Astoria.Service is friendly and efficient. So friendly in fact that my wife and I even got a free shot of limoncello by the owner who we met at nearby Vite Bar- their tasty sister establishment. The food was all good to great. The Sicilian arancino and the octopus were excellent starters. The octopus was soft and had a nice grilled flavor. For a main, I enjoyed the seared tuna special that was being offered that evening. The tuna was served over bruschetta and tomatoes.Highly recommended!
MoreI love this place, one of my favorite Italian restaurants in queens, I go there at least once a week, love their food specials, their pasta is always good, any pasta you will get from the menu you will definitely like, good sea food as well, and you must try their Bufala pizza. Sometimes they might exaggerate with the prices with certain special dishes like they charged $30 for 4 pieces of ravioli, but there are many items in the menu that go for reasonable prices. Very friendly owner who welcomes you and make you feel at home, good service and good selection of Italian and French wine, good atmosphere not too loud not too quiet, good for dates, there is inside and outside seating, outside is preferable by customers in summer time. Highly recommend
MoreService... these guys are super personal and aren't scared to ask you to be their personal taste testers for new things on their menus! The ribbon pasta bolognese was sensational. A perfect mix of tomatoes and cream! The noodles absolutely make the dish. I have 0 complaints. It's an old timey joint with a young crowd. I'd come back for sure!
MorePizza is great. Their bolognese has like little flakes of meat in it (is not the best)
MoreGreat good, everyone cares about you, food is amazingly delicious. Always good food and atmosphere. Love it
MoreReally nice and cozy Italian place. If you go there you would understand why they don’t take reservations. The food was amazing. They have some good Italian and german beers on the menu with a great wine selection. They have a full bar with great cocktails. Definitely try their specials.. they are amazing. Starting from Appetizers to deserts everything was just perfect. Kudos to their staff for making us feel so welcomed and making it a night to remember. Thank you for such a great experience.
